Congratulations, Dexter!
Dexter has been a real joy to have in our research group. He is always ready for anything. If you need help in the field, Dexter is there; if you need help in the lab, Dexter is there; if you need help on a fire crew, Dexter is more than happy to be there; if you need help on a statistics problem, Dexter is there, and so on. Not only is Dexter always willing to help, but he always does so with grace and a good attitude, and with that wonderful laugh and contagious smile! I have personally enjoyed watching Dexter grow into a fine young scientist, and I'm looking forward to a bright future for him and his work. Congratulations Dex! We are so proud of your accomplishment!
Dexter has been my office next-door neighbor since he started his degree. He's one of the most amazingly talented and intelligent people I know. He continuously challenges himself and others around him in career, life and health. I'm so proud to know him and continue working with him on our Forest Service team into the future!
Dear Dexter - oh excuse me - Dr. Strother!!!! Congratulations on earning your PhD! I know you will do great things in and for forested ecosystems and the people who manage and study them! I'm so glad to have gotten to know you and wish you the best in the future! Best wishes!
